Reflections on Home is a two day event focusing on creating and sharing entertaining short stories about the places we call home.

Participants are welcome to choose from two special workshops (20 July), one for families and one for adults. No previous experience is necessary as participants will receive help and directions on how to best tell their own personal tales.

The workshops will be followed by an Open-Mic Storytelling event (21 July) free for anyone to join. This is a great opportunity for young people and adults alike to discover their inner stand-up comedian, discreetly assess their neighbors or just to have a laugh.

Both events will be hosted by writer and performer Femi Martin, the Dickens 2012 Young Writer in Residence and founder of popular blog The Breakups Project.
