Doodle Your Design Into A T-Shirt
The National Apprenticeship Service in association with Creative Skillset are running a competition to design a t-shirt for those aspiring to work in the industry. The National Apprenticeship Service seeks to enable young people with an abundance of skills. This generation should be instilled with pride so that they advance on to their careers ready to contribute and strengthen the nation’s economy. Alongside them, Creative Skillset brings together all the different parts of the Creative Industries by working in social partnership with unions and other organisations.
In 2014, National Apprenticeship Week will run from 3 – 7 March and seeks to celebrate apprenticeships and the impact they have on young people. Designing a t-shirt for the weeklong event will help with promotion and publicity. Make sure your design is memorable (not just so you win but also to leave everyone with a lasting impression of you as a designer!) Winners will receive media coverage and your design will be worn leading up to and during the very special week. Give yourself a platform to express your creativity and submit your design!
Entries for the competition close on 20 October and the details and guidelines can be found on the National Apprenticeship Service’s website.
