A group of young B-boyz (and girlz) have been breaking and popping in a west London business district for several months now. Their diligence has paid off as they caught the attention of ReelTalk and told us all about their motivations and ambitions.

This group of amazing young people with a passion for break-dancing took to the streets of west London to film a short video to showcase their talent. In their video above we can see their tight routine, crafted with weeks of rehearsal and choreography.

When we spoke to them they described break-dancing as a way of expressing their feelings through movement. In our behind the scenes video below they gave us an insight into the work that goes into producing a performance like the one above, and the devotion and sentiment that goes with making something successful.

Break dancing helps these young people boost their confidence and have fun in a social and learning environment. Watch this videos and tell us what you think.

A beautifully crafted film telling a great story, with stunning images and wonderful, musical moves. (Great to see glimpses of appreciative, spell-bound audiences.)
B-boyz + girlz should be proud!
It sounds clichéd, but it is truly inspiring and touching to watch these B-boyz + girlz express themselves so well and then hear how they feel. Their teacher sounds brilliant.
Looking forward to seeing more – live!
