Noh Budget Films

NBF is a voluntary art collective that was set up in June 1993 with the specific aim of producing educational multi-media productions, programmes and projects (film & theatre) for the benefit and enjoyment of community audiences. NBF strives to tackle 'real' issues that impact on young peoples lives. NBF is a collective of professional individuals that include professional practitioners, artists, tutors, actors, workshop leaders and media & digital art makers who provide learning experiences in a range of young people centred settings within Education, Local Authority, Health, Regeneration, Social Services, Criminal Justice, community groups and organisations.

Believing that the future health and growth of film and theatre is its capacity to attract new audiences, we put ourselves at the service of our local communities to create film/theatre productions, workshops, projects and programmes that empowers and expresses their voices while imparting skills & knowledge whilst generating community involvement.
